[MEET THE CHOREOGRAPHERS] Romilynne: “Currently 20 years old, and started dancing at the age of 8. As far as I can remember, watching people dance ALWAYS caught my interest. Until one day I decided, ‘I’m going to be one of the dancers instead of watching them on the sideline.’ That’s when I took initiative to take classes independently and kind of explored the different styles of dance. A couple years passed and I joined my first dance team called Hungry Kidz, then transitioned to another youth team called Syndikidz and now I’m on the adult team, Syndicate. My classes are created so that everyone taking my class has a safe learning environment to explore themselves not only as dancers, but as individuals, without judgement. I emphasize confidence in every craft that is thrown their way. All I ask from my students in return, is an open mind and the hunger to grow.” Fun fact: I LOOOOVVVEEE spicy food (if you think it’s spicy, it’s probably still not spicy enough for me).
