THE AHIMSA COLLECTIVE:
The Ahimsa Collective works to respond to harm in ways that foster wholeness for everyone. We work at the root causes of harm. And to address the impact of harm on people & communities, and to heal generations to prevent further harm. We attempt to change the conditions in which harm occurs and the culture in which harm continues. We engage with anyone impacted by harmโ€” survivors, people who caused harm, family members impacted by violence, teachers, police officers and others. We see the person first and not the worst thing that they did or the role they play. We engage with the person and not the system. We believe we can heal and transform harm with values based in love, compassion, agency, non-shaming and humanization.

ABOUT EMBODIMENT PROJECT:
