Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
GameBoi SF is an 18+ event. Please bring a valid government ID. Over 80% of the crowd is over 21+ with a median age of 26. Teehee. Stats. <8D
What are my parking options getting to the event?
In addition to street parking (please pay very close attention to street sweeping times that cross over midnight), there a couple paid parking lots: 1) Open Lot: 470 Brannan St, San Francisco, CA 94107, 2) Garage: 250 King Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, and 3) Garage: 153 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107. If you do park, please double check operating hours and rates. Due to expected attendance, we strongly recommend carpooling, Lyft/Uber, or public transit!
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Your e-ticket(s) will be attached as a pdf to your order confirmation email. We just need to be able to scan the square QR code at the door -- Print via paper, screenshot, use in Apple Wallet, or download the Eventbrite app!
Is there a separate line for Presale holders or Bottle Service reservations?
Only bottle service reservations will receive a separate dedicated entrance to the right of the main doors. All other presale holders and guests paying at door will enter thru the main doors and line up to the left of the cashier.
What forms of payment do you accept at the door?
We accept cash and all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, or UnionPay). We even accept contactless payment methods like Apple Pay through your iPhone or even Apple Watch.
What is the presale refund policy?
In the event the club has reached capacity and you're unable to enter, please have GameBoi Staff take down your info for a refund. Otherwise, all sales are final ^_^ (e.g. you're a no show).
